"The training was very intense. It went by so fast but I learned so much I never thought I would ever learn. I had no sales training before this, but I took in a lot of information about sales, and I think that I will use everything that I learned in this training forever, no matter if it is this job, or even in a grocery store! "Before I came to Park West training I recently graduated in May 2010 from the University of Colorado in Boulder. I graduated from the Lead School of Business with a degree in Business and a double emphasis in Management and Marketing. I wrote my thesis on the notion that a company is only as good as its people, and Park West has some of the most amazing people I have met in the world. The Park West training was an absolutely incredible experience for me. I wasn't exactly sure what I was getting into when I got here the first day, and I had a lot of questions but from the second I sat down and the trainers started talking and introducing themselves, I was absolutely blown away by their passion, their knowledge and their intelligence. What it boiled down to was how they treated everyone. They truly cared that we were here and they cared about our experience. The trainers had such a deep respect for Park West as a company and that transference of energy to the trainees was honestly something that you could physically feel and carried through-out the training. The best part about the training hands down was the people and all of the trainers. Stoney, Paul, and Selena, were so kind and excited that we were here and that made a huge difference. Everyone was able to pick up on their energy and excitement and they were really inspired to learn. Everyone was just really hard working and ready to challenge themselves but kept an incredible attitude and I think that attitude is so important in life to keeping things in perspective and everyone here really has that."
